Patrick Powell and his Tijuana Family

Tijuana a city of one million people never sleeps.

The street vendors even stay open until 4 am every day.

Patrick Powell with his Mexican Family. He is so lucky they all seem to care for him. It is really neat to see him waling down the street holding hands with these nice kids.

Of course he also seems to be blessed with the love of a wonderful woman. Pat calls her Lu-Lu.

Just like kids everywhere sometimes they love each other almost to death.

Marilyn and Bill felt so welcomed !

After sending the kids home the four adults went out to a dance club. Boy of Boy it is hard to dance to disco music with 62 year old knees. But we had a lot of fun. Bill and Marilyn retired early and spend the night in a nice Tijuana Hotel near downtown.

The Tijuana Beach - from here one can see the US Border and the fences.

I'm so glad you made this visit to see Uncle Pat and meet his family in Tijuana. I know they mean a lot to him. It was wonderful to get to know them a bit more through pictures. I'm glad your time there was nice.

We saw Babel the other night. Have you seen it yet? One of the four story lines centered around a woman from Mexico. It was an interesting, thought-provoking movie.
