Ohio's Amish - Hard working People of Faith

We drove to Berlin Ohio and had a wonderful time.

Amish buggys all lined with up their owners ready to participate and bid at the Amish Auction of hard goods, produce, eggs, and later on a goat auction.




An Amish buggy can be used for many things. This one was leaving the Amish Auction Arena and was on the way to an open market.




A family on their way to a public school meeting the night before school started.




Many Amish do not want their pictures taken so this is a little blurred.




The contrasts the Amish face every day. Electric power lines, cars comming at them and modern houses. Yet over the past few years their population is actually growing.

Marilyn didn't want to pay $13 to go to the Professional Football Hall of Fame so Bill went and she enjoyed a nearby city park.
